COVID-19/ Coronavirus Update

Your Goodwill has worked hard to ensure that your safety is a top priority. Please help us keep you and our Goodwill associates healthy. Here are some important changes for our valued customers.

  Please do the following during your visit:

o   All shoppers must wear masks to stop the spread of COVID-19.
o   Hand sanitizer stations are located at store entrances for customer use.
o   Practice social distancing by maintaining 6 feet from all other customers and Goodwill Associates.
o   Please follow one way directional arrows – keep traffic flowing in the same direction so we can eliminate close encounters with other shoppers.

o   After placing your items on the counter, please stand behind the plexiglass shield while waiting for your sale to be processed. 

o   We have touchless payment options available (Google Pay / Apple Pay / Samsung Pay) to avoid touching of credit card machines. These options are free and very simple to setup through your bank for your use on any Apple or Android phone.

Steps we are taking to keep you and our employees safe:

o   We are limiting the number of customers permitted in each store to help insure social distancing.

o   We will sanitize all high touch surfaces constantly throughout the day. Shopping carts before every use. Counters and credit card machines after every transaction.
o   Plexiglass shields have been installed at all cash registers for your safety.
o   Restrooms and dressing rooms will remain closed until further notice.
o   Clothing may be returned for exchange only within a period of 14 days (we are encouraging customers to try to limit returns to the best of their ability). All other merchandise will be non-returnable except for nonfunctioning electronic items.
